We have been informed by ESA Software & Automation India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore that they had shipped the consignment through Professional Courier under their Way Bill No. BLR228011761 dated 02/03. This has not been delivered to us so far. We have approached with their Bangalore, Mumbai and Faridabad office, but no body is taking pain and giving the actual position of this consignment.
