STOPPED DELIVERY

Sirs,

I had given a cheque for Rs.195/ on 8th Sept. for a 2 year subscription scheme. Vendor has stopped delivering the newspaper copies after a year.

Payment was made vide Cheque No.701258 dated 8th Sept. 2007 drawn on Indian Overseas Bank for Rs.195/ favouring HT Media Ltd.

I would like to lodge a complain against the vendor because :

1) He used to deliver the paper for a year, maybe, 5 times a week.

2) he has stopped delivering the paper after one year whereas the money paid was for 2 years.
