I have paid towards subscription of Hindustan Times under scheme Rs. 195 for two years on 8th Feb (Form No. 280864) but i am sorry to inform you that even after my several phone calls and e-mails, I am not getting of delivery of news paper. Mr. Vinay (Tel no. 09833815757) had assured me the delivery of newspaper but till today it has not started. Do I need to contact the Owners of Hindustan Times for this?
