I requested on 26-sep-09 for a new battery for my Pureit water purifier by calling pureit helpline 9243100100. they gave a 72 hr time for delivery. after 3 weeks- there is no delivery inspite of several reminders from me. they call and tell me that the person is at the junction and he is on the way, so i have taken leave on many days to wait for this this. similar instance happened 3 months ago when i requested a micro-fibre mesh. this reached my home after a month of several reminders. i want to get a refund of my water purifier as i am not able to use it without battery. pls help address the complaint.
