I have purchased Hindustan Unilever's Pureit in-home water purifier on 12 Sept

Vide invoice no IS07/HYD-0064-4871 and

customer id – 625225766

As my battery kit was showing red colour sign so I have requested for change of battery kit on 22 April at helpline tele no 9246100100 (Andhra Pradesh) Order No S-09/ HYD 1353027210 and since no company representative has come to my home / contacted me for the change of battery kit so I again reported the matter on helpline tele phone on 28 April (compliant no C091074218).

Again no representative has come to my home / contacted me for the change of battery kit so I again called the helpline tele no 9246100100 on 02 May at 1425 Hrs and the call was answered by Mr RAJESH who was not ready to listen to my complaint and misbehaved with me and after lot of persuasion he took the complaints for battery kit replacement (compliant no C091083453) Till this date no reps from the Hindustan Unilever's Pureit company has contacted us for the battery kit replacement.

It very unfortunate that Hindustan Unilever's representatives are behaving in such manner with their bonafide customers.

I have never seen such a worst after sale service that too with drinking water issues in such a hot summer seasons
