Dear Sir,

At the onset, this is very upsetting to highlight such experience with a brand like Unilever wherein your customer service executives have rendered a ZERO service even after 30 days.

We have bought your product in the month of October and the first five months were good experience. As promised by your product in very 1500 liter of water used by us we are suppose to change the battery kit. We are three members family to use pureit water. Out of the three two are office going and hence we only consume water once we come back from office at night and the rest is an infant. We have calculated that we consume 6 liter per day and in a month we should need around 180 liter. If I calculate as per my understanding I should buy Pureit NOT BEFORE every EIGHT MONTHS.I hope you will have my purchase details in your system. As per my understanding, I have ordered battery kit in the month of april and July respectively.

I the month of July I have called up your call center and expressed my dissatisfaction of premature expiry of battery kit, then sales person visited and request us to buy a fresh kit and assured us the the same would be highlighted to higher authority. In good faith I bought the 2nd kit.

In the month of October we all were out of the house for 28days for long vacation. Once I cameback I found that kit had already been expired. It means this time the same has served us only for 2 months. I have called up help line and helplessly ended the call.

Just for your reference I am referring the call center executive's lackadaisical attitude about the anxiety.

I was connected to a Junior guy and he has reconnected me to Mr Vijendra Singh (supervisor) and I was promised that within 48 hrs my problem would be resolved. After that I had several conversation with him and all the time he has failed to help me in any way other than taking my customer ID. I write to you Evey after 30days of ZERO service from helpline. Most of the time Mr Singh is not eager to take call or I am connected to some other person who asks me to call up once again after some days. I had a talk with another supervisor (Ms Subhra Roy), who has finished her duty after sending a person just to take my battery kit number.

We have faith in the brand Hindustan Unilever which has influenced our decision to buy Pureit. I would like your intervention in this matter and a favourable reply from you soon.

Let me know if I have to send this letter to somebody in your department.
