Facing problem in changing battery

I have purchased a hindustan unilever water filter name as "PURIT", six months back. The battery of this filter needs to be change after certain period of time. In my case the time has come to change. I called the Purit help line at the no. 9840950950 on 26.02. they have commited me that the battery will be delivered at home within 48 hours. Even after 5 days and no one from the company has came to change the battery Or given a call, I again called up the same helpline no 9840950950 but they said within 24hours it will be delivered. Now daily I am calling and requesting but they keep on saying the same reply. I have a small kid in my home and facing huge problem with drinking water. Hence I feel the higher management of Puriet sale department is not aware of the poor back up service by their service department. Hence I am making this complaint for suitable action.
