Oxigen Bru instant promo

Sir,

I bought a 100gm pack of Bru instant from Fresh@shenoynagar super market, Chennai (Bill No 1153008100028112) on 28/07/09.

There was a promotional offer of assured mobile recharge on this pack.

I followed the procedure but to my surprise I found the UCN No (401945699) printed on the promo slip powered by Oxigen was invalid as per the return SMS.

when contacted Oxigen customer care they put the blame on the retailer saying the retailer would have forged it and asked me to find out with the retailer about the invalid UCN No (401945699)

I ve been a regularly buying BRU Cofee, I find it a cheap promotional strategy to tie up with fraud company like Oxigen who don t have moral to own their fault, or come out with a palatable reply.
