I had purchased the window Air Conditioner from BANSAL ELECTRONICS, SCO NO.385 SECTOR-8 PANCHKULA, HARYANA (PH NO. 0172-2583877, 5011443) on 30th April.. The Reference No. is 460... We had not been provided with the best services of hitachi company as promised by the company... Due to the improper services provided by the company, there was leakage of gas and we were facing the problem in the summer season... On our call, the employees working in the company came to repair the AC and underprotest we gave Rs1100 to them... While repairing the AC and providing the wet service, SWING MOTOR got damaged by Mr. Vishesh..Again on our Call, the employees came to repair the damage..We gave them Rs250 underprotest... I have attached the concerned bills of Rs1350..Kindly go through them..Although it was not my fault, though I gave Rs1100 Rs250=Rs1350... It was all due to the poor services provided bythe company...
