Compresser not working

I have purchased a hitachi air conditioner from sheel appliances gurgoan his compressor is ot working now.it is in warrenty period i have called sales representative of the company but no action have been taken place instead of solving a complaint they just give anpther representative phone no. i have also file complaint on there offcial site but nothing have been done
