I have bought a HITACHI AC on 15-04. unfortunately after 14 months it sudeenly stopped working. I summoned the nearest HITACHI servicing centre (TIME-N-SERVICE-- 16/6, Sahapur Colony, Plot 306, New Alipore Kolkata 700053, India). they took the Product on 23-06 and till today (20-07) they neither returned it nor gave us any confirmation about what the error actually is and what they are going to do with it..
