After Sales serivce is very very poo

I did put in a request for my 3rd free HITACHI AC service on 5-April (Ref : 096100401750). The service was suppose to happen on 10-April but till date it hasn t happen yet. I have made 2 calls to follow up and again it was promised to me that, this would be done by 17-April but still I am waiting for this to happen.
