We bought 1.2 tn Ace Cut Out Split airconditioners (2 units) during April vide Invoice no 9 dt 18th April which are installed at 243/241, Sobha Onyx, Near Agara Circle, Sarjapur Ring road, Bangalore. I m wondering that Repeated Efforts for free Services / inspection (Due within six months from date of purchase) with franchisee M/s Concorde Aircoditioning System, Banglore & Hitachi Life Solutions through online complaints / mail follow up are failing miserably in getting appropriate response even after more than a year of purchase.
