Not supplying gas besides repeated reminders for the last over a month

I am a doctor working in an institute in Safdarjang Hospital. I am living at Paharganj. I have conection no.5912. My cylinder has notreached me for the last one month plus. The vendors are selling it elsewhere perhaps in black. Nobody is listening to my repeated requests. I have even left my mobile ohone no. and altrnate address. My connection is nearly 13/14 years ole. My consumption is rather very meagre, but every time i have to get a refill, I am troubled like anything by the agency. I donot have enoughtime to follow hot after them all the time or to go to them all the time. On phone, their vendors donot talk in cooperative manner. What to do? Kindly help me if you can.
