We have placed order for the battery and received the order no. Since then we have been following for the same. every time we call the call centre (9243100100)... we get responses like " OUR service engineer will you before coming and deliver the battery " ..." Today you will receive the battery "... etc.
This is happening since last 2-3 days and we have NOT received the battery yet... NOT even the expected call from their service team...
Now, we have stopped using the water purifier as it has done its max. capacity.
We will file consumer case if NOT delivered in next 2 days... also if we suffer from any water borne diseases, HLL - Pure it dept. would be responsible for the same
