New connection (broadband

I have ordered for the home 2222 plus plan, (form no ML0007509 its in the name of mr. Hemant)

till now i am facing lots of problem from aritel people.. when every i call them they dont pick my call.. and they give me some other reason... and today i spoke to mr narayan from mangalore office bejai..no.9845117432 he promised me tht ill get the connection today evening with out fail. and when i call him.. at 5.30pm some one else pick the call and he says he is off today has not come to office .. where i have spoken to him in the afternoon... Before taking the connection i have asked aritel people can i get the connection to my flat and they said YES! after tht i shifted to tht place... i dont understand wht happning .. they are not responding to me .plz do the needful for me as soon as possible befor i take some action... (and i am the old customer of airtel)
