For last 4 months may phone no 0120-2888777 has not worked even for 7-8 days. Since I got the phone connection my phone has been becoming non-funtional due to technical & other reasons very frequently. Others in my apartments also had the same complaint. The majority of them switched over to pvt companies.
When my phone remained non-functional for the month of May, even after lodging complaints 2 times. The irony is that there is not any facility of lodging complaint on 198. One has to complaint to the concern exchage only. Even after lodging complaints and meeting with the exchange level officers including SDO it was not made functional two months. Then I was told that my exchange has been changed and now my phone and net will be made funtional by the new exchange ie Shipra Sun City Exchange only.
After 15 days my phone worked for one day and again became dead. I promptly lodged the complaint which was not looked after. I spoke to the new SDO who could not help it after giving assurances of doing the needful within 30 minutes. Thankfully with intervention of one gentleman working in the concerned ministry my net & phone was made functional. But my luck did not favour me for long and my phone again became dead. Again I have lodged complaint and the phone is DEAD
