Never buy any product from Home & Beyond furniture showroom in Chennai. They cheat consumers by selling low quality, good looking products at higher rate. Moreover, they don’t even know what “Customer Service” is.
The sofa I bought for Rs 60000 didn’t even last for a year. When asked, the response from the MD (sitting in Mumbai) was poor. Many times they had given me false promise that they will fix the problem but later I realized that they were just trying to prolong the issue.
I am sure; they will not survive in this business for long. Buy products only from reputed companies.
Never ever turn your head towards Home & Beyond even if you see their products on “Sale”.
