I am not getting internet bills from the date of connection -from Sept. 08. After disconnection without sending bill, I made payment of 1st bill by inquiring at tel exch Anekal. 2nd bill I downloaded and paid it. In between I made this type of complaints at each occasion. There was a mail replay stating billing fault was rectified. But I am not getting bills even for this month.
Why Is BSNL so much careless towards its Customers?
