REQ.NEW LAND LINE CONNECTION

We are residing at BOMBAY HEIGHTS APARTMENT, M.J.COLONY, MOULA-ALI, hyderabad.. we need landline connection for internet purpose. but people in the bsnl office are saying it is not possible to give landline connection to this particular area because of limited connections. need a solution for this.
