Eplacing wll

Dear sir,

I am shafi f.m.my connection under Karicode exchange, kollam, kerala. My number is 0474-2028244.I applied a land phone connection, but I get A WLL connection. Many time complaints the authorities of kollam BSNL.but no responce... I need a Land line Connection, becuase braodband connection not getting in WLL ..Voice clarity of WLL are very poor..so kindly replace my phone and providing a land phone connection. Please do the needfull
