Home care solutions is the subsidiary of N.G. Enterprises. They provide so called household repair services for electrical, plumbing, carpenter and computer jobs. These people sold the membership and they commited so many times of providing timely services.
I have been calling them up several times for last 2 months. Earlier they took my complaint 5-6 times on phone and one time on e-mail but never sent the technician and despite of so many follow ups they never responded back. And since past 1 week they are not even picking up any phone and they disconnect the phone if they pick and neither responding to my e-mails. And when I asked to refund my membership fees they made excuses that they cannot refund the membership fees. And even once they said they have mailed the cheque 2 weeks ago but I never recd the same.
I have spent a lot of money on the phone calling them again and again. I leaves 3 times from my office to get the work done when they committed to send the technician on a specified date. Not only the monetary damage but the frustration I went through due to their no response attitude.
