I have taken a membership from one of the company named as - Homecare Solutions, my membership number is JSN 2117. I have paid Rs 499 in favour of G.K.-I part of your company, receipt no. 002117 on dated 06/04/09 with ICICI bank Cheque no. 883612. Mr Ram was the contact person that time and his mobile number is 9268910787. Mr. Sachin was the person who collected cheque from me and gave me the receipt and his number is 991190166.
I have complained about 20 times in last 40-45 days for a CARPENTING SERVICE and nobody came to me. I got so many conformations from your office that the person is coming today or tomorrow. I had taken 2 leaves also but nobody came. Contact persons who attended the complains were: Jaanvi, Shruti, Tanisha, Ritu (not sure about one or two names) and got numbers of Mr Kamal (9212007180), Mr. Rajesh (9268910787) and Mr. Sameer 9213508786 for complains but nobody is picking the phone.
I am trying to contact these persons so many times but nobody is responding. On monday (15June) I got last call from your company and person name was Ms. Tanisha as she told me... her contact number was 9716004408. As per the carpenter was coming by 12.30pm. I called on the respective numbers so many times and everytime getting responce that the person is coming in 30-40 min. but nobody came as usual.
This complain I am sending on the mail address with hope that please take necessary action against the company. Kindly suggest how should I procceed further.
