Dear sir, i had takken a loan aganist my home from citifinicial consumer finance india ltd from VADODARA (gujarat, india) my loan a/c no is 15147512 & loan amount is 24lac25thousand in this loan process company's executive (JIGNESH) & his manager (MR ABHAY SHARMA) had commited 1% of loan processing fee (24, 250 rs) is to be return to me with in 30 days from the loan disbusement date.but up till date i was visited baroda karelibaug branch office 10 times & i personally meet to MR ABHAY SHARMA & he was telling within one week i will give you a cheqhe but now he didn"t pick my phone & harsse me for this matter.please look in this matter & help me out as soon as possible.
