Sub: September Installment of Personal Loan No.11758278
Dear Sir,
I am a customer of Citi Financial from last many years and presently hold a personal loan under Ref. # 11758278.
The installment of Rs.2122/- for the above mentioned loan is collected very month from my house. This month on 8th a representative from Citi Financial came to my house at around 10 a.m. The name of the person is Deepak Sharma. I gave the installment amount to him against which he issued a receipt no. 98906 65421 dated 8th Sept.2008.
Today, I have been informed that the amount has not reached CF. I gave the receipt no. to the person (Mr. Om) on phone, but was told that the receipt no. is not a valid one.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter and verify the facts and update my account.
