Pre-payment but not receiveing the documents

My homeloan A/c. No. is LBNDD00000803839, I paid Rs. 187, 626/67 on 9/1. according to your Ahmedabad branch I paid it with my January instalment. I am vaiting for my documents which I submit to you at the time of applying the same loan. so pl. check my documents are relised or not, if delivered still I not get it. So pl. inqire properly and answer me.
