Hi sir

i applied for home loan in DHFL mysore, loan sanctioned in dec but because of some personal problem i am not received cheque, now bank people are asking to pay the last three month interest rate. without receiving cheque interest will add or not? and legally itis there like above? if iam not pay that interest rate any problem is there for me? please respond for me as soon as possible.
