Wherein my sir name is shown as ‘S’. My sir name is ‘G’ (g) GUNDAVARAPU .

In your statement dated 21/01 also showing ‘S’ Venkateswarlu insteadof GUNDAVARAPU VENKATESWARLU. Kindly rectify. The Incometax certificate for the year 09 was not issued sofar.

Kindly issue the above rectification need immediately.
