I have taken PL from your bank on the month of June this year. The PL is associated with my ICICI account no- 057701509645 with an EMI of Rs. 5164.00. This loan was taken from Tiruvanmiyur branch & the agent name is Sankar (mob-9094040196).
I shifted to Bangalore on the July. Your agent told me that the customer copy with come after 2 months. I called him after that & he said you can go to any Axis Bank branch, provide your Name & DOB & you will get the customer copy.
I tried calling today on the numbers: 044-24371902/906/913/916/931/933/975 but there was no response. Kindly help me on that ASAP.
