Mr. nikhil deshpande with me availed home loan from centurian bank of punjab. my loan accounts no. are 90127065 and 90116168. on 13th dec I gave application to your Kandivali (W) branch to get provisional certificate for income tax and passsheet of loan a/c. Your costumer care representative told me that I will receive it with in 7 days. there was no reply and nothing I received with in the 7 days of application so I phoned your costumer care representative. and gave my a/c no to him. he told me to wait for next 7 days to get all the papers menntion above. I got pass sheet of only one a/c of a/c/ no. 30116168. and nothing more. I am again requesting you to send me pass sheet of loan a/c no.90127065 and provisional certificate for income tax of both the accounts with in two days.
