Carelessness

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice, the harrassment which I have gone through because of the carelessness of your representatives.

This is with reference to the attached letter which was sent from you regarding outstanding clearance. The payment for the same had already been done in the month of May and the acknowledment copy has also been attached for your ref.

but still i m getting repeated calls from your representatives.

And to clear this confusion i had also called on the number mentioned on the letter (02267404818) and the other side one madam received a call, but she doesnt want to talk to me hence after 4 to 5 times calling she talk to me but with foul languages.

Then today I visited to the AIRTEL gallery at Chakala, Andheri (E) and as per them the payment is not been reflected in my account.

So request you to kindly clear this matter and revert back urgently.

Please note that I have given a letter for stop this service in the month of February 09 (No is9967552354)
