NOT TAKING TELEPHONE BILLS

Respected Sir/Ma'm

With due respect i want to complaint that Employees of the POST OFFICE situated in MODEL TOWN SONEPAT never co-operate with customers.when we go there for deposit our telephone bills they always say that we can't submit our bill due to electricity cut, they never give manually receipt to us & all customers face lots of problem due to this.

Sir u can understand our problem it is not easy to go again & again for same work no one is having this much time & sometimes last date of bill also passed away due to this.

please take some Action regarding this
