One of our customers Mr. Nishad has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund cheque after change in favouring name for his order of his order for Aiptek 5MP Digital Camcorder - DV T220 on his blog posted on 16th June.

He has requested for change in favoring name on the refund cheques received by him. In lines with our terms and condition, we requested him to provide an identity proof. We have received the same. New Cheque Number # 511023 has been despatched to him through Blue Dart Air waybill number # 12542463533 on 17.06.09.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
