One of our customers Ms. Kiran, has raised a concern for non receipt of refund cheque for her order of Home Gym on her blog posted on 16th June.

The refund cheque was sent to her on 16th April vide Cheque Number # 500567 through Indian Postal Services. Since she has not received the same till date, we are dispatching a new Cheque Number # 512096 through Blue Dart Courier vide airwaybill number # 12542469133 dated 20th June and shall be delivered to her in 2-3 working days.

This incidence is just a stray aberration to quality of service we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
