One of our customers Mr. Singh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of Starter kit for his order of IFB 20 Ltr Digital Microwave (20PG2S) with Starter Kit and Cook Book Combo on his blog posted on 5th July.

Starter Kit was not sent to him due to an unfortunate oversight on part of our business partner M/s IFB Industries Ltd. However, they have now dispatched the starter kit and cookbook to him through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number dated 12552602193 dated 6h July. Also, the starter kit and cookbook has been shipped to his sister and cousin brother through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number # 12552602171 and 12552602182 dated 6th July respectively.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
