One of our customers Mr. Singh has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Oval Emerald Navratna Set in panch dhatu by Anaya on his blog posted on 3rd July.
Our business partner M/s Anaya has shipped the order on 8th June through their courier partner M/s PAFEX. Since he confirmed non receipt of the same, our business partner has reshipped the product to the customer through Blue Dart courier vide Air waybill Number # 12486878095 dated 6th July. It shall be delivered to him in 3-4 working days.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
