One of our customers Mr. Sharma has raised a concern regarding non receipt of refund for his order of New 2nd Generation 1 GB MP3 Player on his blog posted on 6th July.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s AMS Exporters. He has sent back his product and we have refunded his order value vide Cheque Number # 519818 shipped to him through Blue Dart Courier vide Air waybill Number # 12552227715 dated 8th July.

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
