One of our customers Ms. Chandra has raised a concern regarding non delivery of her order of Pearl Bangles with Delicate Veni Design on her blog posted on 1st August.

The said order was shipped by our business partner M/s Surat Diamonds through Blue Dart courier on June 25th. However, the courier was unable to deliver at her location and hence returned it to our business partner. Due to an unfortunate oversight our vendor was unable to inform us on the same. On receipt of her complaint we have got the same reshipped to her thru Speed Post vide air waybill number EM034320264IN dated 4th August.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
