Not receiving free items

Dear Sir,

I Have Booked one Handycam Worth Rs.5000.00 from HOMESHOP18 through telephone (ORDER NO. 701644403), when they give advertise on tv they commited that they will give free 2 gb sd card and Rs. 500.00 gift voucher, but when i had received the parcel it is not found, when i asked their executive on phone they will simply asked that ok we will see. I am continuously send them mail but there is no response. Please do the needful.
