One of our customers Ms. Khatri has raised a concern regarding receipt of incorrect model for her order of Anjali LX Roti Tawa 285 MM on her blog posted on 21st October.
On receipt of her complaint, we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Anjali Kitchenware. The product has been replaced and the complaint has been resolved to her satisfaction.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
