One of our customers Mr. Zafar Abedin has raised a concern regarding non functional Wespro Dual Sim - Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: WM3708i on his blog posted on 10 th December.
He has bought the product in June amd has raised a complaint after the warranty period of 6 months.
We have spoken to our vendor M/s Wespro Corporation who in turn as a gesture of goodwill has agreed to repair the product and we have advised him to send back the product at vendor's Mumbai office.
All the required after sales service and support shall be provided to him once the product is received
