Response on blog posted by Mr V Pancholi on 27 th December

One of our customer V Pancholi has raised a concern regarding non receipt his order of Janper 84 Pcs Dinner Set on his blog posted on 27 th December.

We have taken up the matter with First Flight courier to avoid such instances in future. Also, we have spoken with Mr. Pancholi who has confirmed receipt of product.

This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
