One of our customers Mrs. Shefali has raised a concern regarding non receipt of utensils for her order of Demonte 91 Pc Dinner Set and Kitchen Utility Combo

on the blog posted on 2nd February.

In response to her complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Demonte and we have shipped the missing utensils through BlueDart Courier via airwaybill number 12701620514 on 8 th Feburary 2010 .

However we have spoken to her and she is satisfied with the quality of the product.

Such feedbacks provide us an opportunity to improve our services and make a delightful and memorable shopping experience at all times.
