One of our customers Mr. Neeraj Patel has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of Airfone Dual SIM Touch Screen Mobile Phone - Flip 29i
on his blog posted on 22nd March.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Airfone India Pvt. Ltd.
He has sent back his product and we have reshipped the new product to him through Blue Dart Courier vide Air waybill Number # 12779798625 dated 26th March.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
