RE ISSUE THE CHEQUE

DEAR SIR,

I wrote 2 times to the asst P.F.Commissioner. Regional office, 341 Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Bandra (E) Mumbai-51. for re issue the cheque for Penson Redemption of PF A/C.MH/18796/81460. dated 04/09, and the letter send through speed post.

I worked with icici bank and my PF A/C.MH/18796/81460. ICICI BANK sb A/C. was 037101500737, which was closed on 30/05. after the date, pf commission send me a cheque no 115655 dt/ 14/05, sbi, mumbai main br. Amt Rs.4515.

but after re directthe said cheque to me through the ICICI BANK VIP ROAD BR. i send original cheque to above mentioned office address on 05/06 via speed post.for requesting to re issue me the amount into my new A/C 0352010114608, UBI, Dhakuria Station road Br, A.T.Chatterjee Road, Kolkata 700031.

but till the date, i'm not any response regarding the reissue my penson amount Rs 4515.

please look after the matter.
