One of our customers Mr. Kiran Karekar has raised a concern regarding product quality of his order of 10mm Drill Machine with 57 Pc Tool Kits Combo on the blog posted on 27 th April.
In response to the complaint, the new product has been shipped through First flight courier via airwaybill number ZD5562413.
These incidences are just a stray aberration to the quality standards we strive to achieve for our valued customers. However, be assured these have been strongly taken up with all concerned to avoid such instances in future.
