One of our customer Ms. Manisha Gouda has raised a concern regarding regarding product quality of his order of AirFone Touch Screen Mobile Phone Model No: AF22 on her blog posted on 20 th April.

In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Airfone.

He has sent back his product and we have refunded his order value vide Cheque Number # 834294 shipped to him through Blue Dart Courier vide Airwaybill Number # 12740023192 dated 8th May

This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
