One of our customers Mr. Ranjit Asati has raised a concern regarding non receipt of product for his order of 1 GB MP3 Player on his blog posted on 24 th April.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s AMS Exporters.
He has sent back his product back and we are refunding his order value for the same.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
