One of our customers Mr. Vimal Katta has raised a concern regarding non receipt of his ordered product on the blog posted on 8 th July.
In response to his complaint we have taken up the matter with our business partner M/s Cygnet and refunding the order value back to his credit card through which the transaction was done.
This incidence is just as an exception and not a standard of service quality we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
