One of our customers Mr. R . K .Gupta has raised a concern regarding non receipt of order for Cotton Stuffed Jaipuri Razai-Quilt - Colored Base on his blog posted on 3th September.
Our business partner M/s Delhi Haat has shipped the order through their courier partner Blazeflash.
In response to his complaint of non receipt of product we are refunding his order value through cheque and would be delivered to him in 4-5 working days.
This incidence is a stray aberration to the quality standard we strive to achieve for our valued customers.
